Crispy fried chicken skin. I used to manage a Culver's resturant (they're popular here in the midwest). We used to take the chicken that was in the window to long (about 30 minutes or so), and make chicken salad from it. I could never resist eating the yummy, crispy, juicey skin that would have just been thrown away. Fortunately for my heart, I no longer work there. But I do miss that crispy goodness.
