Ditto to what Martiki says. If Hukilau is able to open a third location, I'd say their attempt to appeal to the plate lunch crowd (rather than the midcentury Polynesian Pop crowd) is serving them just fine. These places are a dime a dozen out here on the west coast, there are far more of them than our style of Polynesian restaurant.
