Don't sell your house. You'll never afford to buy back into California. Just put a tenant in it and take some time for yourself. 6 months to a year in Hawaii would be great. I'm sure Gecko could hook you up somewhere to work. That will change your attitude and then you can get back to life :wink: Good luck! |
