He walked in wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, blue t-shirt, green shorts, black socks and white sneakers. He asked to see the classical section and I walked him over to the area. I recognized his voice right away but wasn't sure it was him as the outfit was odd and his hair was long in the back. After talking to him for awhile I confirmed it was indeed "Jean-Luc Picard" and told him I would send our "Classical Expert" over. My co-worker, Doug was a HUGE fan of his and I just walked up to him and said, "the man over there has some questions for you." He walked over and when it registered who he was Doug went completely white. Patrick Stewart was a complete gentleman, we all played it off as if he was just another British tourist. When he walked out Doug jumped up and down, holding my shoulders, saying "Thank you!" Then running around to everyone working there telling them what'd just happened.
