Even though I'm pretty happy with my work and it's even meaningful sometimes, I think the other parts of life outside the job are really what it's all about. But that's why it's even more important to maintain a balance and not do work that eats into your personal life. With a balance, work is just work. For those who are fortunate enough to get fulfillment both in and out of work, it's a true blessing. But one of two ain't bad! -Randy
