Don the Beachcomber sez:

1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Falernum
1/2 oz. orange juice
1/4 oz. fassionola (substitute: fruit punch)
1/2 oz. dark Jamaican rum
1/2 oz. Lemon Hart Demarara 151
1 dash each Angostura bitters, "selected herbs"* and grenadine

Blend all ingredients with crushed ice. Serve in a tall glass with fresh mint and lime wheel.

*doesn't specify what "selected herbs" are...
