I live in Ft Lauderdale as well. No damage other than landscaping stuff. Our power never went out either, luckily. I went outside yesterday for the first time in 3 days. The first thing we did was go out to eat to get over cabin fever. Everywhere we went was mobbed, everyone else had the same idea. I am glad everyone is safe, especially those who live farther north that got bashed.
