People that do it should have the same thing done to them(An eye for an eye philosophy). Animals have such non-conditional love for people and aim to please. Here is a picture of my cockapoo that was rescued from the Humane Society last November. She was a mess --- her hair was all knotted up and tangled --- it looked like she had eight paws.
