Aren't we the most hip clique there ever was. Oh, we are such suburban savages. Oh, we are so punk, so individual, so "our own person". Don't we all collectively think that's so? Please, oh please, validate me. But DO NOT say something that makes me question my/your/our/their/we're mandated belief system. I am myself, as long as everyone else says so. Repeat after me, "I am who I am as long as you/I/we agree". Thank you. Thank us. After all we/I are individuals (right?). |
