TWT- My Mom is Russian and I go to a Pan-Orthodox Church (services in English) Typically when you go to a Greek Church the services are in Greek same with most Russian Orthodox Churches. I'm surprised you've heard of Orthodox Christians most people are confused and say "You mean Jewish?"

I don't want to get too into religion here but even Catholics see icons and symbolic art differently than Orthodox. And I still think "altar" and "shrine" are strong, important words.
