Addams Family or the Munsters? - Beyond Tiki

I do remember though our family going out to see the Munsters movie when it played at the drive-in. What is odd that both shows appeared in 1964, and only lasted two years. The Addams Family had the more memorable theme song - just try singing out those first 4 duh-duh-duh-duh notes in a room without having somebody clapping in the next two notes. (The Green Acres theme has a similar 5 note start) But the Munsters also had a great theme song - a wild instrumental that was covered on many LPs of that era, and worthy of inclusion on the set-list for any surf-rock group.
