The Kowloon mug is one of my favorite designs– regardless that Sven disagrees with me and says that it looks like a potato bug. I had a friend who had both versions. They are both rare, but the tall version is rarer than hen's teeth. If the auction ended abruptly, most likely they received a sweet offer from an unscrupulous collector to sell it off ebay. I know of fanatical collectors who think nothing of offering sellers a lot of money to end their auction and sell the mug to them directly. I think that those kind of tactics (besides of being against ebay rules) are really slimy and unethical that the "Tiki karma" will catch up to them ( I hope). -Duke
