That s/p is part of a tiki set from Sakura. Here's most of the set (in the pic):

There was also a moai mug just like your shaker that did not have a handle and came with a bunch of really really crappy silverware that would break with normal use. Like you're eating mashed potatoes and the handle of the fork would just snap!
