Sounds yummy! I tried something similar last year -- only without the 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup of brown sugar, lemon juice, 4 large eggs, 1 cup nuts, and 2 cups of dried fruit.
