You can usually get a discount on bulk mail. The customer service people at the Post Office (in my experience) are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have to with the likes of Fed Ex and UPS cutting into their business. They'll be able to find the best solution (probably Global Priority Mail http://www.usps.com/global/globalprioritymail.htm). I've been in Traffic and Logistics for over ten years and for small packages over seas, you can't beat the old U.S. Mail (for cost). Seriously, call them (800) 275-8777 Hope this helps.
