Favorite sipping rum (accompanied by a cigar) - Tiki Drinks and Food

We tried sipping a bottle of Extra Old St. James Rhum. It was excellent, though very "woody," almost Bourbon like. It crossed my mind to try and make a Manhattan with it some day -- that's how much like Bourbon it was. Just would like to say THANKS to the posters at Tiki Central that gave us the idea to try a sipping session. I, Zombie
