Do they own the trademake to the word MONSTER?! Other than that nonsense.... Bong's right, the quality of guitar cable and their warrenty plan is untouchable. I've never hear of another company taking back their defunct product with no questions asked and no need of a proof of purchase only to give you a direct replacement. That is how business should be done. The lawsuit stuff... I don't know. I guess you take the good with the bad.
