It's great to take a virtual vacation while I'm locked in my office on a Thursday morning. Thanks especially for taking pics of the Islander sign in Islamorda: Don't feel too bad about its loss of tikiness - I don't think it ever really had any. I have the brochure from back in the 1960s and the only Polynesian thing I can see is that great modernist, soaring A-frame sign. The rest of the buildings and interiors show nothing Polynesian at all - at least what they show in the brochure. Sabu
