I found this at a little junk shop awhile back, I probably paid to much for it, about 4 bucks I think. But pickin's around these parts is sparce. So I snatched this bad boy right up. I have never seen one of these as a cork. I know you can make them, but this one, from the looks of it, was manufactured this way. It has the number 62 pressed onto the backside of it. It looks to be brand new and never used.
