More tints and casts of new carving (pg 1) - Tiki Carving

I've been going through as many posts as I can and am just blown away by the collections I've seen and, now, the carving talents! WOW. Although I'm not a carver I am a painter. When I repainted the bedroom last summer I painted my pine dressers and the closet doors in a faux bamboo. Once my husband saw how the doors came out he said..you know what they need? A tiki painted on them. Well, he's a Shag fan so it just seemed that it needed to be a Shag tiki. They turned out so well that I think they're going to have to go with us when we move!
