Sure, we can help with the demo. also, scott is a tile contractor if you need some tile done in the new joint, he can maybe help (or help you get a discount on some tile). you've met him-he's the one that was talking to you at the Aloha Days in Hermosa-right before he got nailed with the "open container" ticket from the wonderful hermosa bch police.
