Scott, thanks for the additional info. Judging by the paint, pieces like the "Tahitian" Tiki chair and table and the "Aztec" chair were sold in the mid 70s, that's when Witco started using bolder colors.

It's a bummer that there are no pics of your youth left, I would love to have shots of actual people of the time period with Witco furniture. Would any relatives have any, maybe from Christmas?

Also, yes please take some photos of Young's for me, both of the sign and also of the whole place with boarded up windows.
