In my opinion...If you don't snipe, then you don't do eBay right. :wink:

However, I usually bid first on something or put an item up to a maximum that I would pay and pray to the volcano gods that I win. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't...

For those high-dollar ones however, I will snipe, I try and watch my pennies, so sometimes I cannot afford an all out several day war with someone...
