Perhaps "Soon-to-be-Closed-Tiki" didn't sit too well with investors.

I've always had the vibe that this place was owned by gangsters or the Mafia or some such group. In my 16 years in the Bay Area, it's never been the same club for 2 years. Maybe it's a front for money laundering, in which case "Sneaky" is apropos.
