The privacy is for the members. The immediate information like uploaded images and who owns what and who traded what with whom. There was nothing, and is nothing said about sharing what you learn with others in general. In fact, we worried that Mike would take the private images and add them to his site. Maybe our worries were founded. Private networks of people exist all over. There is nothing wrong with that and it is often needed. whatever project you are working on, you pick and chose who you will work with and expect them to keep your information private.
