So I heard from a buddy that this Australian guitarist was playing in Chicago last week at the Park West. His name is Xavier Rudd and he is kind of like a one man band playing slide guitar, some hand drums, digereedoos (sp?), and singing. I went to check him out and this guy rocked. This was his second time in Chicago with his first time playing at Martyr's last year. I got a copy of that live show and it hasn't left my cd player. His recent show at the Park West wsa even better. Every hand and foot is playing something different as he is sitting there singing away. I am frantically trying to find his live show at the Park West as I did see a taper that night. The best part of the night was when he ended the show with Bob Marley's No Woman No Cry. Check out his website http://www.xavierrudd.com

Just thought I would share.
