I stood behind a guy who ordered his drink, non-fat, decaf, and the guy behind the counter called out, "one, why bother"
Another time a guy asked for his drink...no foam, soy, extra hot, I asked him if he wanted a pink bow on it, I then left and went to 7-11 and got a cup of real coffee for a buck!
