Hey all...

I want to go to Oahu for vacation in a few months and I'd like to rent a small house. It will be me, my girlfriend and 14 yr old daughter, so no studio apts.
I heard that the north shore is really beautiful...(Sunset beach ?)

Anyway, if anyone in here can recommend a good rental, close to the beach please let me know. My only Hawaii experience was my trip last year to the Big island,which I now know well, but I want to do Oahu this year, then a jump to the big Island to see madam Pele and some lava flow action.
SO....price. I'd like to get something for $1000 a week or under.

I heard the north shore is really amazing, not overly crowded like Waikiki and close to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

I saw a post on here last year with people climbing in waterfalls...that would be great....

So, I welcome all suggestions....
