Definitely a breakfast of champions! :) I know that when I’ve gone to Europe, especially Ireland, they always prepare similar gigantic meals and I found myself thinking there’s no way in the world I can eat all this… besides, they serve these things called black and white sausages and they are without a doubt some of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted. The rashers on the hand are so good I can usually do 2nd helpings.
