One of the bands for Hukilau 2003 in Italy got this email and they are wanting to know if this is for real and anything else. Can anyone on here shed any light, especially our Hawaiian friends?

"My name is Alfred Apaka Jr. and I am the President of the HEO (Hawaiian Entertainment Organization). Every year we organize a touring show called Na Ka Pueo. Bands performing the music of the islands travel throughout all of Hawaii. For the March 2004 edition, we are going to try something different. The show lasts three weeks and will tour every major town of our beautiful islands. The entertainers must be willing to play every other night. However, we do offer airfare and lodging in the most characteristic resorts. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy some of the most
beautiful Luau known.

For the best three bands, our sponsor offers a week at the beautiful Ilikai Kuna Resort in Hawaii (the Big Island) Our hope is to find bands from all over the world making this an international show. Your name appeared in a few of our searches and we want to know if you are still performing and eventually interested in a contract. If so, please provide me a mailing address so that we can send you a promo package.
