Traitor Vic, dumb question: Which kind of vanilla bean did you use? Madagascar or Tahitian? For those who know, do you mind if I ask how are the Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans different aside from name and price? Will the type differentiation make a difference at all in the making of the sugar syrup? My apologies if my questions have hijacked the tread. Say the word and its a new topic. |
