(pulls panties out of ass)...the argument is pretty simple...according to DSK the Kahiki folks do not have ownership of the design (yes, it was based on existing design) that they commissioned and do not have the right to reproduce. If the reproduced items are not liscensed and legal, then the sale of these items is also not legal. Pretty basic copyright law.
