An interesting piece of trivia: Ve Neill, singer Zory Zenith's ex-girlfriend who designed the bands makeup, won Oscars for her makeup work on Beetlejuice, Mrs. Doubtfire & Ed Wood, and she was nominated (but didn't win) for Edward Scissorhands, Batman Returns, Hoffa & Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, which gives us a Pirate connection and tenuous (almost) tiki link to the band. |
