Description:
This is a retirement community of condos, bungaloes, a mini golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts - quite nice. Built in the 1960's I believe. The community building, or clubhouse, which faces Maple/235th street is the remarkable Tiki-esk building, complete w/ elaborate A-line overhang and mosaic tiles. Quite impressive.
