Here's a recipe from The Cocktail Book by Michael Walker (1980):
2 measures white rum
2 measures pineapple juice or 1/2 cup diced pineapple
2 tsp. coconut milk or meat
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 pinch salt
Place all ingredients in a blender with 4-5 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
