Thank you Kirby, for getting everyone talking about this. I like the idea in theory, but the reality of the Artist of the Month will get nasty as everyone has indicated. Years ago we used to have an "employee of the month" where i work, and that got so political that we had to end it. people were lobbying other employees for votes, friends getting mad at each other, etc. I like the common theme idea and also the randomly selected monthly artist profile idea. |
