My mother-in-law brought over 3 carved idols from the Marquesas that she picked up there a few years back and we were commenting about how much they resembled aliens from outer space. We were thinking maybe the Marquesans had been visited sometime in their past. And now I'm told that one of these was picked up at a thrift store in Roswell, NM??? Interesting connection....
