Mrs. Fury found this at a Goodwill (where we have not in 4 years found anything tiki or Hawaiian)

It seems to be plaster with Gold/Black paint.
There is tape on the bottom with some writing that we can't read. Do not know the source. Class ceramic project? Anyone seen these before? Pretty knicked up (door stop) but she only paid $3.00 for it.
