Those colors on the tikis and carvings are standard issue, applied by the carver. As midnite mentioned, these are from a Florida carver by the name of David landry, who hawked them on ebay a few years ago. Some of his tikis were indeed unpainted, but the majority of them came complete with head-spinning day-glo colors. Check them out here:
