I'm way into the period between the world wars. Every time I see a picture of Portland or any big US city from that era I get jealous. Streetcars, cool fashion, classy autos, great architecture, etc. Also very cool: Automats!! Where the hell did all the automats go? Do I have to be nostalgic for things I actually lived through? Because that was mostly crap. -Joe |
