This from the Chaparral Suites Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. Light and refreshing, though it comes out green, not blue! 1 1/2 oz Malibu rum Combine in shaker with ice, strain into tall Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish if you wish with pineapple and orange wedges and a maraschino cherry. |
