Ok.... made some more progress.... pics in the morning.

I learned...

  1. careful with the die grinder or you cut stuff you don't wanna cut.

  2. an angle grinder with 24 grit sander takes off a lotta wood fast.

What I need to know now....

  1. How do you cut the lines between the teeth? I tried a chisel, didn't work. Side of the angle grinder, bad idea. Had to take in the teeth a little to fix that.There's gotta be an easy way. Help?

  2. How do you clean up the back of the mouth? Can't get to it with an angle or die grinder?????

Help wanted!!!
