This morning I did a little "palm tree chasing" - driving through a neighborhood I suspect has some tiki apartments and following any tall spindly palm trees that I can see above the rooflines. Sometimes they turn out to be just private residences, sometimes you get lucky. Today I found 3 new tiki apartments. Here's the first:
