This one is my favorite Mai Tai recipe so far. It's sweeter than the more traditional ones, but the rum still comes through and the flavor is nice and complex. Good kick, too. I've also made pitchers of it when entertaining guests, and it's held up reasonably well (just be sure to stir it each time you pour - the syrups will sink to the bottom if it's been sitting for a while).
