I went to those houses when i was at Oasis this year. I walked through several. They're bitchin', but in Cathedral City (the middle of nowhere). I was considering buying one as an investment, i think they were going for around $400K, just didn't want to take the chance (being as how the location really sucks). If your ever in Palm Springs, definately check them out.
