Match books from Trader Vic's at the Internat'l Market Place, and another from Trader Island in San Bernardino, CA (no longer in existance):

A book on the making of the movie South Pacific:

Besides photos of the actors and scenery, it also has some cute illustrations:

And some photos of large tikis:

Unfortunately the book doesn't say who carved them. The next time I go to Oceanic Arts, I'll ask if they did them.
