Definitely read Ender's Game if you haven't already. A friend gave me a copy about fifteen years ago, and I've made a practice of buying a copy for someone every year since then. Last new book I read was Assassination Vacation by Sarah Vowell. It's darned funny and made me fall completely in love with Abraham Lincoln. |
