The Washington DC area has the Skydome Lounge in Crystal City that overlooks the Pentagon, along with views of the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial, and other DC locations across the Potomac River http://www.doubletreecrystalcity.com/ And don't forget the revolving apartment building in Curitiba, Barzil -- each apartment owner gets to choose how fast to spin their apartment!
