That liddle fella is a KOZMIC KIDDLE, they were tiny dolls that were around in the 60's & 70's.
The kozmics are my favorites

there was yellow fellow, the guy with the cup, greenie meanie, purple gurple, and last but hardest to fin bluey blooper.

but thats way off topic isn't it.

I have a TIKI switch plate coming soon... I figure if I do it gradually the hubby won't notice the change to the basement.
