I don't think they sell those anymore. I kept seeing one similar to the one you described at flea market when I first got into tiki, but it was in the shape of a volcano with Mia Kai written in raised letters on the inside. When I finally realized what it was, I went back to the vendor and they didn't remember it. Oh well.
